OMART Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Personal care items (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics, skincare products)
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery
2. Process for Returning an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Prepare the Product for Return: Ensure that the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered. Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts that came with the purchase.
- Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by OMART.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. OMART will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
- Return Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 3-5 business days.
3. Refunds
- Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned product.
- Refund Amount: The refund amount will only cover the price of the returned product(s). Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
- Rejected Returns: If your return does not meet our return policy criteria, we will notify you, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
4. Exchange Policy
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
- Size and Color Exchange: We do not offer exchanges for size or color. You will need to return the product and place a new order for the correct size or color.
5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
- Products without their original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
7. Changes to the Return Policy
OMART reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
